Artwork and personalization materials submitted by customers are used as necessary to prepare, manufacture, fulfill, and support personalized orders. We do not obtain ownership of customer intellectual property merely because it is uploaded for an order.
We may retain order-related artwork for a reasonable period where necessary for fulfillment, customer service, reorders, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or legitimate business purposes.
5. Browser Storage and Similar Technologies
Dynamite Flights uses browser technologies necessary to provide website functionality. These can include localStorage and sessionStorage. Although these technologies are not technically the same as traditional browser cookies, they allow information to be stored in your browser.
We use browser storage for functional purposes such as maintaining your shopping cart, supporting checkout, preserving personalization and order-related state, remembering certain selections, and supporting other website functionality.
Based on our current website configuration, Dynamite Flights does not intentionally use browser storage for third-party behavioral advertising. Third-party security or payment providers may use their own technologies as necessary to provide their services.
6. Security and Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare services for portions of our website infrastructure and security. Our Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
As part of providing security and network services, Cloudflare may process technical information relating to a request or device.

We use service providers to operate our business and website. These may include providers involved in:
- website hosting and network infrastructure;
- payment processing;
- fraud prevention and security;
