Terms of Service
Welcome to Dynamite Flights. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dynamite Flights website and your purchase of products from Dynamite Flights, LLC ("Dynamite Flights," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, placing an order, or otherwise purchasing products through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.
1. Our Products
Dynamite Flights designs and sells handcrafted products, including wine flights, beer flights, and personalized or engraved products. Dynamite Flights does not sell alcoholic beverages. Products described as Wine Flights, Beer Flights, or similar terms are serving, display, or accessory products only and do not include wine, beer, liquor, or other alcoholic beverages.
Because many of our products are made from natural wood, variations in grain, color, knots, texture, markings, and other natural characteristics are expected. These variations make each product unique and are not considered defects.
Product photographs and digital previews are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products. Actual appearance may vary due to natural materials, engraving, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.
2. Personalized Products and Customer Artwork
Certain products may be personalized using artwork, logos, text, photographs, trademarks, or other materials supplied by the customer.
By submitting material to Dynamite Flights, you represent that you own the material or otherwise have all rights and permissions necessary for Dynamite Flights to reproduce, engrave, print, modify, or otherwise use it to fulfill your order.
You grant Dynamite Flights a limited license to use submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to produce, process, support, or fulfill your order. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
Dynamite Flights may refuse or cancel personalization that we reasonably believe infringes another person's intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, contains unlawful material, or otherwise should not be reproduced.
We are not responsible for claims resulting from customer-supplied material when the customer did not have the legal right to provide or use that material.
3. Artwork Quality and Engraving
The quality of personalized products depends in part on the quality and suitability of customer-supplied artwork. Artwork may need to be adjusted or processed for engraving or production. Fine details, colors, gradients, photographs, small text, and other elements may reproduce differently when converted to an engraved or otherwise personalized format.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information and artwork they submit before completing an order.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, typographical, pricing, technical, or other errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious error affects an order, Dynamite Flights reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel because of such an error, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices, product availability, promotions, and product configurations may change without notice before an order is placed.
5. Payment
Payment is required as indicated during checkout. Dynamite Flights uses third-party payment-processing services, including Square, to securely process payment information.
Dynamite Flights does not need to receive your complete payment-card number directly in order to process a payment through these services. Authorization of a payment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation. That confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent Dynamite Flights from contacting you if additional information, artwork clarification, payment resolution, or another issue must be addressed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or technical errors, unavailable products or materials, unlawful personalization requests, or inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, we will refund the appropriate amount.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery information displayed on the website is provided in good faith but is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Actual delivery times can be affected by production requirements, personalization, order volume, weather, carriers, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products that are personalized, engraved, labeled, or otherwise customized at the customer's request are final sale and are not eligible for the standard 45-day return or exchange policy when correctly produced. This does not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged or defective, are produced incorrectly by Dynamite Flights, or are materially different from what was ordered.
Artwork and personalization are also governed by our Artwork & Personalization Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Product Damage or Problems
If an order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing problem, or differs materially from what was ordered, please contact Dynamite Flights promptly through our Contact page.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
10. Product Safety and Intended Use
Dynamite Flights Wine Flights, Beer Flights, and similar products are tabletop serving and display accessories. They are not toys.
Use the product only on a stable, level surface and position it away from the edge of tables, counters, bars, shelves, or other elevated surfaces where it could be knocked, pulled, or pushed off.
Keep the product and any glassware used with it out of reach of young children. Do not allow children to climb on, pull, push, carry, or play with the product. A falling product or falling or broken glassware may cause serious injury or property damage.
Customers are responsible for using the product in a manner appropriate for its intended tabletop serving or display purpose and for exercising reasonable care around children, pets, glassware, and elevated surfaces.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Dynamite Flights website and its content—including our branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, layout, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Dynamite Flights and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal shopping and other legitimate purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or misuse our content without permission. Customer-owned trademarks and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Acceptable Website Use
You may not use the website to:
- violate applicable law;
- interfere with website operation or security;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- submit malicious code or automated attacks;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- infringe intellectual-property rights; or
- use the website in a manner that could damage Dynamite Flights or other users.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including services related to payment processing, security, hosting, communications, and delivery. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information and quality products. However, to the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamite Flights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamite Flights' aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to Dynamite Flights for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, website, services, or applicable requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or purchases from Dynamite Flights will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Washington State.
